Monthly applications for payment include a full summary of the anticipated final account value, with an analysis of the current status of all additions and revisions. All of this is carried out in a proactive manner with frequent discussions preferred to heavy correspondence. Project Management... We recognise the need to properly plan site activities and will always seek to ensure that we fully understand the specific construction sequence, so that our works can be cost effectively integrated into the overall planning process. Once a master programme has been agreed, we use progress-reporting computer packages to identify any slippage at an early stage so that corrective measures can be proposed whilst there is still time to do so. |
